What is Showcasing Scotland Regional?
Formally known as Sourcing Scotland, Showcasing Scotland Regional, is a national event designed by Scotland Food & Drink.
The aim of the event is to grow sales of Scottish produce by bringing together buyers and suppliers from across Scotland to do business across the retail, wholesale, hospitality, and independent sectors. If you're looking to grow your business beyond your local area, this event will allow you to meet the people who can help you on your journey.
This exclusive event is open to all Scottish food and drink suppliers who have SALSA/BRC accreditation, and are based in Scotland.

Suppliers: Who should attend?
To qualify for Showcasing Scotland Regional 2026, Scottish food and drink suppliers should comply with the following:
- Business must be registered in Scotland
- Businesses can represent any food or drink category but must produce or manufacture the product in Scotland
- Businesses must have SALSA or BRC accreditation (or equivalent standard)
- Businesses should be targeting enhanced sales across Scotland and have established routes to market.
Buyers: Who should attend?
Buyers and key decision makers who represent the Scottish division of any of the following:
- Speciality, deli, farm retail, independent retail
- Major/multiple retail
- Convenience retail
- Private label supply
- E-commerce
- Travel and leisure operator
- Visitor attraction
- B&Bs, hotels, pubs & restaurants
- Contract catering
- National wholesaler
- Regional wholesaler
- Foodservice
- On-trade
- Self-catering
- Public sector
Buyers can represent any food and drink products produced/manufactured in Scotland.
Diverse Representation
We will carefully curate a balanced mix of food and drink products to ensure fair representation across the sector.
All producers are rigorously pre-qualified based on their ambition, technical prowess, and capacity for growth, quality and accreditations, with SALSA or BRC being the minimum.
The Showcasing Scotland Regional team will use advanced meeting software to arrange supplier and buyer meetings for attendees. Both buyers and suppliers can research attendees and request their own meetings, with the team supporting these requests where possible. The team will offer support before and during the event so each attendee has an empowering experience at Showcasing Scotland Regional.
